Prices and the total amount

Our consumer prices include applicable VAT. Before completing your order, check the selected items, quantities, any discount and the total amount. Checkout shows the amount and currency in which you pay.

How to complete payment

1. Check your cart and enter your contact and delivery details.
2. Choose an available payment method and follow the instructions at checkout or from your bank.
3. After completing payment, check your order confirmation and keep your order number.

An additional confirmation through your bank or card issuer may be part of the payment process. Never share your PIN, password or one-time banking code with our customer service team.

Payment failed or no confirmation?

First check your email, including spam, and your payment status with your bank. Has money been debited without an order confirmation arriving? Contact us before placing another order so we can help prevent a duplicate order.

Include your name, the email address used for your order, the order date and your order number if you have it. Do not send full card details or banking codes.
